ADD/EDIT CALL QUEUE (MOH) INTRODUCTORY GREETINGS
An introductory greeting is a message that is played when a caller is routed to a queue. For example, if a caller selects the option for Sales, as the call is being routed to the Sales queue, you may choose to have an introductory greeting that says "The first available Sales representative will be right with you. Thank you for holding".
Navigate to Call Queues
TO ADD A GREETING: Click the Music Note Symbol
Click Settings
Check the Play introductory greeting box and select to Type, Upload, or Record your message
Click Save
In order for the greeting to play in its entirety, the "Require intro MOH" option MUST be enabled within the queue. See the Pre Queue Tab Fields in the Queue
TO EDIT A GREETING: Click the Music Note Symbol
The only way to EDIT a greeting is to DELETE the existing one first and ADD a new greeting
Click Settings
Delete the existing greeting and ADD your NEW greeting
