B: Web page Plugin Detection (required):
This tool requires a software plugin to be downloaded before use.
A plugin is an extra tool or feature to a computer program that enables a specific function.
B1. Click on "Plugin Not Detected" on the top right side of the page .
B2. Download the plugin that corresponds to your network (e.g. WINDOWS, MAC, LINUX).
B3. Once Downloaded, open the plugin in your Downloads folder on the top right of the screen.
B4. Notice that the Plugin Detection status will change to "Plugin Detected".
C: Select a Region & Test
C1. Choose the region closest to your location.
C2. Click Run.
D. Email Results
After completing a successful test, email the results to the One Stop Telecom Support Team.
D1. Click Email Support
D2. Select One Stop Telecom and Click Send.
