BILLING PORTAL- AUTO PAY

ACCESS the billing portal, visithttps://onestop.expert/ 

Under the Customer Access tab on the right, click on Billing.



 

LOG IN with your Username & Password Credentials that were sent to your email

       Note: To register for an account, please contact (530) ONE-STOP     

 


 

GET TO KNOW THE PORTAL

  


Summary: View Bill Summary, Recent Account Activity, Account Summary or Make a Payment 

 

Create: Create a Payment 

 

View & Pay Bills: View Past Invoices, View Past Payments, Set Up Auto Pay 

 

Account Details: View Account Information such as location(s), View Contacts who have Access to your Billing Portal

 

Settings: Manage Account Users, Edit your Profile



ENROLL IN AUTO PAY

Navigate to the "View & Pay Bills" Hyperlink and Click on "Auto Pay"  




Enter Credit Card Information
         Note: If the Credit Card's Billing Address is different than what is listed on the account, please click the Override Billing Address box and Enter the Billing Address associated with the Credit Card





Click Enroll in Auto Pay
       Note: Auto Pay Enrollment can be Removed at any time

To confirm the enrollment, the Bill Summary section should state "This account is enrolled in Autopay"





REMOVE AUTO PAY

Navigate to the "View & Pay Bills" Hyperlink and Click on "Auto Pay"  





Click Remove Auto Pay



To confirm the enrollment has been removed, the Bill Summary section should state "This account is not enrolled in Autopay"
