ACCESS the billing portal, visit: https://onestop.expert/  
Under the Customer Access tab on the right, click on Billing.
 
LOG IN with
your Username & Password Credentials that were sent to your email
  Note: To reset your password, please contact (530) ONE-STOP     
 
 GET TO KNOW THE PORTAL
 
 
Summary: View Bill Summary, Recent Account Activity, Account
Summary or Make a Payment 
 
Create: Create a Payment 
 
View & Pay Bills: View Past Invoices, View Past
Payments, Set Up Auto Pay 
 
Account Details: View Account Information such as
location(s), View & Edit Contacts who have Access to your Billing Portal
 
Settings: Manage Account Users, Edit your Profile
ADD A NEW USER
Navigate to the "Settings" hyperlink, then click on "Manage Users"
Click Add New User
Under the General Tab, Enter User Information
Login Name: Enter the user's email as a username 
Name: Enter the user's First & Last Name 
Email: Enter the user's email address 
Assigned Entity: The user's organization will appear in this section
Roles: The default, "General" box should be checked
Under the Password Tab, Set Password settings for the user  
Options: Click the "Require Password Change on Next Login" box and create a temporary password for the user to change at the initial login  
Password: Create a temporary password
Repeat Password: Verify the temporary password
Options:
"Auto Generated Password"- This setting has been disabled DO NOT USE 
Under the Additional Tab, Enter additional information, if applicable
Under the Options Tab, Confirm that "Active" box is checked
Click Save 
EDIT ACCOUNT USERS 
Navigate to the "Settings" hyperlink, then click on "Manage Users"
Identify the User to Edit, Click Edit to the far right 
Edit the Tabs as needed
 Note: To deactivate a user, simply navigate to the "Options" tab and uncheck the "Active" box
