Music on hold (MOH) for call queues can now be managed by those within your organization with manager credentials directly from the call queue configuration page via online portal







Search by Genre, Mood, Theme, Instrument, Energy Level or Duration 




Once a song is selected, Click Free Download

Save song file to your Computer 




Once Saved, LOG IN with your phone system Username & Password Credentials      
 Note: To register a new user, please contact (530) ONE-STOP     



Click Music On Hold (Proceed to "Add Music" step below)



 

Note: FOR CALL QUEUES MOH FIRST CLICK - "Call Queues"




Click Edit MOH symbol





Click Add Music 




Step 1: Browse to access your song file

Step 2: Name the song file 

Step 3: Upload the song file 




Once uploaded, the song will appear on the Music on Hold Dashboard  




To confirm that the song has been uploaded and is routing correctly, make a test call
