UNDERSTANDING A FIRST BILL with PRORATED CHARGES
Dear Valued Customer,
If your services were activated after the 1st of the month, your first bill will include prorated charges. Prorated charges represent a partial billing cycle for the month in which the installation was completed in addition to the following month's service charges. (Example: If the Installation is completed 04/06/22, the first bill will show a billing cycle of 04/06/22- 05/31/22). The following information will help you understand how these charges are calculated.
