The ReachUC mobile app is easy to use on the go! You can make and receive phone calls, send text messages, and stay connected to your business as though you were in your office.
This application can be downloaded in your android play store or your app store in iPhone.
When starting the application the default tab it opens to is Keypad. The keypad allows you to access your voicemail and make direct calls from the
application by dialing a phone number or extension.
You can enable "Do not disturb" by clicking the ReachUC button in the top left corner of the app. This will mean that incoming calls will be rejected and will appear as missed calls in your history. Sound notifications for incoming calls will also be suppressed. This means that you can choose to be available for business calls when you WANT to be available!
If you allowed the app to access your Contacts when installing it, you will see the details of those in your phone book as well as those that have been added to the company's PBX.
If you have SMS service enabled, you'll be able to send text and picture messages.
The Messages tab allows for internal chat with those in your organization and If you have SMS service enabled, you'll be able to send text and picture messages from this same section using your business phone number.
In the Call History tab you can view missed, accepted, outgoing and rejected call history. A quickview of your recent call details will be displayed. Directly from this tab, you can easily return the call by tapping on the name of the caller or view contact details with the icon on the right.
If you have call recording enabled, you will be able to play, share, or delete those recordings within the History Tab.
In the PBX section, you’ll have access to account settings such as SMS messages and call routing without having to navigate to your Internet browser.
The VM section in the PBX tab allows you to play, save or delete voicemails.
Finally, if your service plan includes the ReachUC Plus app, you will see the Presence option. Here, you will be able to confirm that your colleagues are online, meaning that they have a device or softphone application registered and online.
The Settings tab makes it easy to edit your extension username and password, manage notifications and preferences, such as ringtones, call volume and various sound options.
