Navigate to Call Queues
Call park is a feature that allows you to put a call on hold, so that another person can pick it up on a different phone. When you “park” the call, anyone with access to the parked call can pick it up.
Note: The Call Park Queue and BLF key will be configured by the onboarding technician assigned to you. DO NOT CREATE ADDITIONAL CALL PARK KEYS. For this, call our support department at (530) ONE-STOP.
Basic Tab Fields
- Only the name and extension of the call park are required to create the Call Park queue
