Click the Messages Tab

Click Settings

In the Greetings section> Voicemail Greeting> Click Manage

Greetings> Recorded Name> Manage: Record your name to be announced in your company's directory

Text-To-Speech: Type a voicemail greeting to be audibly spoken to recipients

Upload: Upload a WAV file with your pre-recorded voicemail greeting

Record: Record your voicemail greeting live via your extension or mobile app
