LOG IN with your phone system Username & Password Credentials 

        Note: To register a new user, please contact (530) ONE-STOP     




Click the Messages Tab



New Voicemails will display on the dashboard 




To access Messages that have been Saved or Deleted, click the drop down box and select  





MESSAGE OPTIONS




Play: Listen to the message via your PC



Call to play: The system will call your extension, once the call is answered, the message will play 


Forward: Forward the message to another user within your company



Download: Download the message to listen to it or save the file to your PC


Save: Save the message within your phone system


Delete: Trash the message
